Regenerating life & land

Lifestyle and Land Design following Permaculture Principles in Murwillumbah, Northern NSW

Meet Ashley

For the past six years, land and lifestyle regeneration have been at the core of both my personal and professional life. I’ve lived fully off-grid during that time — learning firsthand what it means to rely on the land, to observe its cycles, and to design in rhythm with its patterns.

Living this way has shaped how I work.

I see landscapes as living systems intertwined with the people who inhabit them. Every household has its own rhythms, energy, capacity, and vision — and those human elements are just as important as soil type or slope.

Through experience, I’ve learned that even the most beautiful installation can struggle if it doesn’t truly fit the landowner’s lifestyle. That’s why I place your daily life, your abilities, and your long-term vision at the centre of every design.

Whether you’re transforming a small backyard or stewarding a larger property, my role is to create a space that works with both the land and you — building resilient, regenerative systems that are practical, aligned, and built to last.

Our Mission

RedEarth was created from lived experience — from making the transition to land-based living and learning what truly works over time.
Our mission is to support a return to regenerative, nourishing lifestyles that are deeply rooted in place. We work with families and landowners across Northern NSW to design productive, resilient systems — growing food, integrating animals, and creating landscapes that evolve in harmony with natural cycles.

For those transitioning from the city to land, we also offer guidance through the early stages — helping you assess properties, understand land potential, and prepare for the realities of managing your own regenerative system.

Every project blends Permaculture Design Principles with real-world, hands-on understanding. We design not just for the land itself, but for the people who steward it — creating systems that feel achievable, maintainable, and capable of evolving over time.

Because true regeneration happens when land and life grow together.

Who We Work With

We work with landowners across Murwillumbah and Northern NSW who feel the pull to grow food, steward their land well, and create regenerative systems that last.

Some of our clients already live on land and are ready to transform it. Others are in the process of transitioning from the city and want experienced guidance as they search for property and prepare for the shift.

You may already have ideas or knowledge around Permaculture, but want practical, grounded support to bring your vision into reality. You’re willing to be involved, to learn, and to build something that evolves over time.

Our clients see their property as more than just land — they see it as a living system, a long-term investment in resilience, nourishment, and abundance.
